Article 2 – Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the website karevia-boutique.myshopify.com between Karévia boutique and any consumer (hereinafter "the Customer").

Article 3 – Products The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of consultation by the Customer. Karévia boutique reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.

Article 4 – Price Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). Karévia boutique reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is that in force at the time of its validation.

Article 5 – Order The Customer places their order online via the website. The sale is concluded upon payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after order validation.

Article 6 – Payment Payment is made online by the means offered on the website at the time of order. Payment is secure.

Article 7 – Delivery Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days via La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, or Mondial Relay. Shipping costs are calculated and indicated before order validation.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Article 9 – Returns and Refunds The terms of return and refund are detailed in the Return and Refund Policy available on the website.
